Full of Passion

2011 has proved to be a very interesting and exciting year for me. And as I wrap up 2011, I am happy to say that this past year has been one filled with many good things including a long awaited change. The change I am referring to is that of being able to pursue my professional photography career full time.

Another great adventure of 2011 was creating a blog with my very good friend; Michelle Roman. Our blog, entitled: “Simply Bliss” is a blog dedicated to life’s simple pleasures. This blog gives me the opportunity to photograph whatever topic we are blogging about and my photographs come to life with Michelle’s expertise as a great writer. Together, we make a fabulous team! Once we started Simply Bliss, I realized how incredible my passion for photography was and I became ecstatic over the opportunity to shoot for myself which is something I had not done in a number of years.

I knew that once September 2011 rolled around, my children would be in school full time and I could go back to focussing on my true passion; my photography. I have been truly blessed with wonderful opportunities of meeting new and amazing people. I have had the honour of photographing the former US President George Bush, as well as a variety of people from all walk of life and of different ages.

I am so overjoyed just thinking about the evolution of “Lisa Crispo Photography” and I have been planning on some new and exciting changes for 2012.

A Vintage Christmas

Meet my children; Francesca and Luca.  Every year I photograph my children for Christmas and let me tell you, it is quite the task. Yes, I have tried everything to get them to co-operate, including shedding a few tears!  All I want for Christmas is a photograph of these two cuties!  This year I figured out the secret; give them the biggest lollipops!

From my family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas!
